what do you need besides scissors and glue?

It's me - Chee Chee

I am a homeschool mom of an 18 yr old son, The Young Prince [Scooter], and a 35 yr old daughter, The Princess [Monkey], who is married to Prince Charming. My sweet royal couple produced an heir to the throne this spring, lovingly referred to as The Little Prince. Married to my own Prince, for nearly 40 years, I realize that no matter how old I am or how many generations might follow me, I will always be a Blue Jean Baby.

I love to craft and to find ways to make something special out of something that used to be special and things that aren't so special. There are few things more rewarding than giving new life to something that is headed to the trash.

Besides crafting, which I also love to teach, I love to plan parties, watch old movies, read mysteries and thrillers, and am a true product of the flower child generation. Even though I listen to many genres of music, as far as I am concerned, new music ended in the 70s. In other words, I am stuck in the 70s. :)
