Craft Clubs are fun!

I have missed my craft clubs.  Sitting around a large table with friends who love to craft is just plain fun!  I enjoy listening to the chatter between ladies whose projects start out with the same idea and the same materials, but result in such a variety of styles and skills.  Each lady is genuinely interested in what the others are doing and how.  When one has a little more skill at a technique, she is happy to share her experience and the others are equally happy to learn.  Crafting brings out the best in everyone!  Of course, all crafting goes much better with coffee and chocolate!  We always had great food at the meetings, from pot luck to pizza to pie.  Join a club and learn new techniques, share your skills, enjoy the fellowship.

Time to get busy!

My cigar box purses have been shelved for a while, but it is time to get started again. Football season always brings requests for collegiate and sorority purses.  I have a lot of fun taking the requests of the customers and designing a fun purse.
